This Sunday sees the meeting of neighbours and rivals Ballygunner and Passage in the 2016 JJ Kavanagh & Sons Co. Senior Hurling Final. Throw in at 3pm in Walsh Park. The opening game will take place at 1:15pm between De La Salle and Kilmacthomas in the Eastern Junior Hurling Championship Semi-Final.

Adult Tickets (only) can be pre-purchased from the Offices in Walsh Park from the hours of 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm up to Friday evening. We urge patrons to get their tickets early to avoid large queues on the day. OAP/Student tickets are only available on the day of the match.

On Match Day - Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office at the roundabout from 12:30pm and gates at the roundabout will open at 12:30pm. The Keane's Road Terrace Entrance and Ticket Office will open at 1:45pm. Tickets are €15 for adults and €10 for Students and OAPs with valid ID.

There will be two ticket offices open on the day. The Main ticket office at the main roundabout entrance (12:30pm) and the ticket office situated at the top of the Keane's Road Terrace Entrance (1:45pm). 2016 Season Tickets are valid! We are urging everyone to pre-purchase or come early to avoid queues.

The Keane’s Road will be closed to traffic from 1pm – 5pm due to the large crowd expected. Again we’d appeal to patrons to park responsibly as Walsh Park is situated in a residential area. A free car-park is available in Mount Sion GAA Club for all those travelling to the match.
